Pestilence.

I swear my family brought a swarm of mosquitos with them. I am covered in bites where no bites were before. And my bites don't swell, itch and then go away. My bites swell, itch, turn red, linger for months and leave a scar. Yay for me.

There is a mosquito flying around here that's out to get me. I will spot it occasionally and try to swat it, but it dances out of reach and lives to taunt me some more (normally I try not to smash living things, not even the raccoons/feral cats that ran across the road in front of my car Saturday night. Of course this caused my father to taunt me that one was stuck up under my car and was going to haunt me. Have I mentioned the brutality of my family?).

Thus far I have found two different remedies for mosquito bites: 1) rub a salt paste on it and 2) rub some kind of meat tenderizer in it. Both just seem stupid to me and so I will just scratch away.

My shoulders are currently peeling from last weekends massive sunburn and I have red bite welts all over. I am just a pretty, pretty girl right now.
